This policy explains what information our online ordering site and app collect when you order from us, and how we use it. In short: we only collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter at checkout: your name, phone number and email address.
- Delivery address and instructions, if you choose delivery.
- Your order: the drinks, options and notes you choose, the time you picked, the total, the tip, and any refunds.
- Payment: card payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- On your device: if you tick "Remember my info", your contact details, cart and past order links are saved in your own browser so checkout is faster next time. You can clear them by clearing your browser's site data.
How we use it
- To make your order, have it ready on time, and deliver it to you.
- To contact you about your order: a text (only if you ticked "Text me") and/or an email when it's received, ready, or on the way.
- To give refunds and answer questions about your order.
- To keep business and tax records.
We don't send marketing texts or emails from this ordering system.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run online ordering, and only for that purpose:
- Square, to process payments and refunds.
- Twilio, to send order texts (if you opt in).
- Resend, to send order emails.
- US Census Bureau address lookup (and OpenStreetMap as a backup), to check whether a delivery address is within our delivery area. Only the street address is sent.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the order system.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Texts
If you choose "Text me", you'll get about 2–3 texts per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not shared with anyone for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business and tax records. Backups of the order system are kept for up to two weeks.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, call or text us at 769-348-7450 or email flowoodnutrition@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Some information we may need to keep for tax or legal reasons.
Children
Our ordering site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
